Why are my fixes only Partially Deployed?

Certain fixes require both a Content Deploy and a Theme Deploy in order to go live on your website, and we have only done the Content Deploy at this point in time. If you view the review fixes page for these alt text occurrences, you will see in the Fix Type column the Content Fix is deployed but the Theme Fix is not, which is why the Fix Status is only Partially Deployed:

The good news is that it is possible some of the fixes are live with just the Content Deploy. As these images live in multiple places, a Theme Fix may only be needed on certain pages. Our system currently groups all variations of an image together as the image uses the same component across all variations. It then flags a Theme Deploy being needed for all images in the batch even if a Content Deploy was sufficient to make the change live for an image within the batch. We plan to make this nuance more clear within the dashboard in the future, and regardless we will still need to do a Theme Deploy to finish bringing all the changes live.
